We have prepared a document called a Green Paper, which provides detailed information about e-bike regulation.
The Green Paper outlines potential options for how the regulations could be changed, which are based on a review of interstate and international best practices.
We have also prepared an easy-to-read two-page summary version.
The documents are provided in Portable Document Format (PDF) and Word, with the Word version being plain text.
Public consultation on the Green Paper has now ended. The feedback that has been received is currently being reviewed.
